Okay here post where you found rockhopper today, 12/27/09

I FOUND HIM! at FJORD! he was at Town, Pizza Parlor, And last the cove look heres a picture of him I took at Fjord at the Pizza Parlor, He is sitting on one of the chairs!  Click to enlarge then click again if it looks blurry!
